I've worked with two different BPO companies in the past and in both I've gained experiences in customer service and sales. I've improved my English communication skills in both BPO experiences and I've handled multi-tasking and stressful situations.
I also worked as a Financial Executive with an insurance company in the past and gained sales experience and after sales assistance to the customers.
Prior to my current online job, I was a Paralegal in a real estate company's centralized legal department. Currently, I am working for a software company online for 5 years now as a Multi-Hat Talent for their Customer Service, Marketing, Administrative and Legal Department.
