I provide administrative support for clients in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry. My responsibilities include facilitating new client enrollment, preparing needed documents, and supporting daily business operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
In my previous role, I also handled light bookkeeping and payment reconciliation tasks. I regularly checked my client’s emails for incoming invoices, verified payments in Stripe at the end of each month, matched invoices with payments, and uploaded the corresponding PDF invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
I have experience using Google Sheets (including pivot tables) to organize and process payroll data, as well as using Glofox to add new leads, manage client records, and create reports. I’m comfortable using various tools that make business operations more streamlined, efficient, and client-focused.
