----------- have a total of five years of experience
in the technical support/customer relations field, where he directly talks to
clients and troubleshoot their concerns, most accounts he handled are mainly
from the technology sector, he remotely access the devices for proper customer
usage and functionality. ----------- had experience in WordPress and creating a
website, he created it for the school way back when he was still in college.
He’s easy to go with, a fast learner and willing to be coached and believed in "Learning
is a nonstop process" which he always imply on myself everyday. He’s
confident in his ability to make anything he puts in his mind to success. He
works quickly and confidently because he love what he do, he’s extremely
motivated and a great manager of time, He learn quickly and have strong
analytical skills. He's been recently a certified Salesforce Associate and currently taking a Salesforce Admin exam.
