I have been in the BPO industry for 7 years and have been able to acquire skills from my experience in both customer service and technical support. I have good knowledge in Microsoft Office from Data Entry to creating reports in Excel, Powerpoint and Word. I am good in problem solving and pay attention to details. I am also into social media management as I manage my own Facebook Business page and Instagram account, creating content and running Facebook ads for selling my products online.
