I am a Registered Nurse since 2007. I worked in government hospitals here in Philippines and overseas. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative; handling US Telco account. That's why I became familiar with customer care tasks such as activation of account, clarifying concerns about billing, troubleshooting and running of credit score. We used Avaya software for the customer's portal. Last year, I had the opportunity to train in a reputable healthcare company and became familiar with some of the web-based tools such as DeVero for the patient's portal, Textline, Outlook, Softphone RingCentral and Google Sheets. I am hardworking. I can take extra time to familiarize myself with the role and web-based tools as needed. I have a basic knowledge in using Paint and Canva for product labels and presentations for various occasions. Passed the NCLEX in November 2024 and had the opportunity to train as Utilization Management Nurse.
