I've handled quite a few accounts in the BPO industry and also became a Project Coordinator in one of the biggest Localization accounts(G). My first experience is being part of a medical insurance company in USA which handles dispensing of medications and members services. Anything that concerns about a member's medication, I can cater. 2nd would be in a collections environment. I worked for a financial intitution which caters auto collections whereas early stage and high stage collections are concerned. 3rd would be in an Australian telecommunications company which handles both business and consumer market. 4th would be in a Financial Institution which handles US Cards.. Applications and Customer service. Same with my 5th job experience but from a different financial institution. My 6th would be in an Australian Insurance company that handles new acquisitions and customer concerns... To sum it up, I've been in the industry for almost 17 yrs.
