Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English at St. Paul University Manila,
Philippines with more than 10 years’ experience demonstrating applied linguistics,
communication, presentation, customer service handling, telemarketing, building
communication and interpersonal skills through successful training courses spearheaded and conducted.
I am a certified CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults by University of Cambridge), TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language by Teacher’s College, Columbia University), Oxford Center for English Language and Disney trainer who has supervised and delivered both Academic and English as a Foreign/Second Language program in Malaysia, Kazakhstan and China.
I am a result-driven, zealous and dynamic speaker who gives my very best in every
training session to achieve my participants’ utmost potential.
I am committed to creating a learning atmosphere that is stimulating and encouraging through lacing my sessions with humor, engaging and fun activities where concepts are translated into applicable and practical techniques as I believe that people do not only need to know what to do, but more importantly, how to do it.
I also have acquired invaluable BPO (Business Process Outsource) exposure and
experience with Healthcare Services (remote/WFH), Convergys Corporation, Pacific Hub Corporation and Contact Point Outsource Services Inc., among others, in Manila,
Philippines. During my time with the aforementioned companies, I worked on various
inbound, inbound sales and outbound portfolios and was frequently deemed one of the consistent top performers. Experienced in all aspects of contact center operations including Quality Assurance Services, I developed and conducted career development, communication, soft skills, accent neutralization and call center-related training programs.
I am a very driven, highly motivated and dedicated individual with a great learning
attitude who thrives in a high-intensity, high-reward working environment.
