I am currently the Head of Sales at Platonics LLC. This is not a transition in my career, but a blending of two roles I’ve always been connected to—recruitment and sales. Working in recruitment made me realize a clear gap: there is strong talent in the market, but not always enough opportunities. That insight inspired me to also bring in clients, so I can help create more opportunities for the talent in the market.
