I have an experience in a BPO company under a financial account. I used to handle calls and assist them in their Debit or Credit Card concerns. I also experienced assisting my Supervisor in terms of reports. I'm knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations. I will work efficiently and figure things out whenever possible. I have an experience as a trainer in my current company. I'm looking for a part time job but if having an opportunity of full time then I will gladly grab it.
