Most of my experience comes from working with Apartment Wolf LLC, where I handled everything from helping clients find apartments, setting appointments, following up via text and email, to sending invoices and making sure payments were on track. Before that, I worked in call centers doing phone and chat support—assisting customers with orders, delivery issues, and tech support.
