I had been a Virtual Assistant/Resolution Specialist/Executive Virtual Assistant for more than 7 years. My tasks were to make sure that the company's Feedback Rating doesn't go Below 98%, reconcile Vendors files and answer customer's inquiries and concerns through email, Product, and market research, create fulfillment and handle returns and listing management. I also handle creating weekly and monthly business reports, Scheduling meetings with the vendors for the CEO, email management and task delegations.
