I've been working as customer service representative at Sitel for 1 year. I am experience in providing the best customer care and i always think out of the box to resolve the customers issue immediately. I also have an experience as a technician specialist , and have a wide knowledge about the Desktop/laptop Computers , smartphones, and i also know how to troubleshoot computers (NCII Certified- Hardware and Software Trobleshooting). Some of my skills is Web Development and graphic designs, i use PHP, Bootstrap(CSS), HTML/5 and javascript for building responsive website; and i use Photoshop and aftereffects for my graphic designs.
