I am a Digital Product / Product Growth Manager with deep experience in leading a team of developers, UI/UX designers, and QA Engineers in building web, mobile, and smartTV applications. Also, with my years of experience as an IT manager, I have an extensive knowledge in information security and systems and network administration.

As an IT Manager, I had opportunities to be involved in several IT Projects as well. One of which architecting the entire IT Infrastructure of a company's subsidiary when a divestment of happened in year 2019. I was also involved in the implementation and deployment of the company’s security system in year 2018 which covered email threat protection, network security, endpoint, and SIEM.

Other than those, some other IT projects that I have been involved in that are worth noting is my deep technical involvement in the implementation of the Company’s ERP System - Epicor (Kinetic), and the migration from an in-house Exchange Server to Cloud to Microsoft 365 in year 2015 to 2016.

Throughout my IT career, documentation, incident response reporting, policy creation, and BCP exercises are huge part of my work as I communicate technical assesments to something that the Management can easily digest to aid their business decision.
