I embarked on my professional journey as a Network Engineer at the Philippines' largest telecommunications company. Subsequently, I assumed the role of IT Operations Head at an Australian BPO ----------- my third position, I served as the IT Manager for a US-based BPO firm, dedicating 8 years to enhancing my expertise in IT management. Throughout this period, I honed my skills in various areas including Google Workspace, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Synology, Openmediavault, Sophos Firewall, Watchguard, Dell EMC Server, VMware ESXI, FreePBX, Ruckus, Hardware & Software Asset Management, ISMS, ISO27001, and IT Operations.
