I have spent the past seven years working as a Customer Service Head of a Real Estate Company, personally handling severe escalated complaints and successfully pacifying the clients. I have also spent 12 years conducting sales training and being a freelance English Tutor (I have recently passed the IELTS exam with a 7.5 Overall grade).
I am also experienced in writing news for a local magazine and scripts for some defunct TV and Radio programs.
