I have worked in a couple of employers in the past already. My first work was a Technical Support Staff in a university. I support professors and students both in the offices and classrooms when they need help with their computers like troubleshooting, etc. I also worked in another university as an IT staff, my job there is to assist students and faculties when they have a problem with their computers, I also maintain computers in the computer lab so that it will be always functioning well when the users needed it. I make sure all the IT equipments are in working condition at all times, I also maintain the university's network, I adminiter the system data of the university. After that, I also worked as a call center agent ( customer service rep) in a BPO company and my last work was an email staff/content moderator also in a BPO company.
I have various skills and experiences like data entry, email and chat support, troubleshooting, and may other related skills when it comes to computer.
