Executive Assistant | Admin Assistant
Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and respond as appropriate.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
Help the executives stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and other key information.
Manage projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.
Coordinate and manage events and other special projects.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and other departments, employees, and external contacts.
