I have been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2019. For the past five years, I have been serving as a Maintenance Coordinator for a Property Management Company supporting operation for 2 offices at the same time – WA and AK. I’m assigned to Residential accounts but I also help with HOA maintenance tasks at times. I hold RPM certifications for Maintenance Coordinator, Leasing, and Property Management and have completed extensive training in Multifamily Management and Common Interest Community Management.
