I have been working in an Ecommerce company for almost five years. My job is to handle accounts in different Ecommerce platforms, this includes assisting customers, processing orders as well as product listing, generating campaigns and creating sales report. I was also tasked to set and maintain competitive prices to drive sales and make the company remains competitive in the market - this makes me keen on providing excellent customer service, taught me to multi task, independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
And as an Information Technology graduate, I have strong computer skills with proficiency mainly in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets. Able to navigate multiple computer systems and applications to extract information quickly and accurately.
