I've made 200+ outbound calls a day in high-volume cold calling roles, consistently hitting appointment-booking targets, and handled real estate inquiries, lead tracking, and property listing management.
Recruiting & Hiring: I've owned a full recruiting pipeline end to end, screening applicant videos, conducting structured phone interviews (5-10 daily), and managing candidates through to final leadership review. This work contributed to scaling a commission-based sales team from about 5 to 30 people.
CRM & GTM Tools: I'm experienced administering GoHighLevel (GHL), including subaccounts, permissions, lead provisioning, and calendar integrations, plus Keap and HotProspector as dialers, Instantly for cold email campaigns, and Clay for list building.
Automation & AI: I built an AI-powered automation pipeline (GoHighLevel → n8n → AssemblyAI → ChatGPT) that automatically transcribes and scores recruitment calls. I'm comfortable with n8n workflow automation and building AI-assisted processes around existing systems.
