I’m a versatile and goal-oriented professional with experience across customer service, finance, and digital operations. I started as a cashier at Jollibee, where I developed strong customer handling and multitasking skills. I then worked at Desmark Corporation for three years as a sales representative, collector, and credit investigator — which taught me how to manage accounts, communicate professionally with clients, and handle financial records efficiently.
I later joined Magente BPO as a data proofer for three years, where I honed my attention to detail and data accuracy skills. Currently, I’ve been working for almost three years as a content moderator at Accenture Philippines. I’m proud to be part of the escalation (Tier 2) team, where I handle complex or unclear cases, support colleagues, and attend client meetings for further clarifications. I’ve also been recognized multiple times as a top performer.
In addition to my full-time roles, I work part-time as a bookkeeper for individuals who outsource their accounting tasks.
