- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process from contract to close.
- Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Liaise between real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
- Track and manage deadlines and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Maintain and update transaction files and records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the transaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure all parties are informed and updated on the transaction status.
- Assist with the preparation of closing documents and coordinate closing schedules.
