I’ve worked extensively with Shopify and Cin7, managing products, orders, inventory, purchasing, invoices, fulfillment, shipping workflows, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

On the CRM and automation side, I work with GoHighLevel and related tools to build and improve workflows, pipelines, automations, forms, communications, and lead-management processes. I’m also comfortable working with tools such as Zapier, Make, Twilio, Stripe, Mailgun, LeadConnector, and other cloud-based platforms.

One of my strengths is understanding how different systems fit together.

When a business has information moving between Shopify, an inventory platform, CRM, payment systems, email, fulfillment, or other tools, I’m comfortable mapping the workflow, identifying where things break down, and helping create a more efficient process.

I’m also highly comfortable working from SOPs, documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, and building repeatable systems—but I don’t simply follow instructions. I look for the next step, potential problems, and opportunities to make the workflow better.

I’ve supported businesses in different industries and worked independently with clients and teams across different time zones. I’m comfortable taking ownership of projects, communicating clearly, managing competing priorities, and becoming the person a client can trust to keep things moving.
