I am a former lead data consultant of a U.S based emergency medical services wherein the company experience unorganized data from multiple systems they use. The company wanted a reliable source of data where they can pull out and make reports for their clients and for themselves
As a lead data consultant, my role is to design strategies, programs to collect, store, visualize data & analyze the data trend to identify for business efficiency but also ensure my tea-----------t our deadlines and keep my team motivated.
To ensure the project delivered high quality, I created the project charter that would be served as our baseline guideline to solve the problem which includes the scope, schedules, & budget. Then, assigned tea-----------mbers for their roles by re-designing workflow, create a uniform data keywords, rebuilt the current database server, trained other departments for the changes and implemented a new software database management.
The end - result was able to build a data warehouse which is a centralized compilation of from different sources that can everyone pull out the data the easily and created reports for the client.
