I worked in a BPO company for 5years, my account was a dental insurance company in the US. Providing information in regards to their patient's information about their plan or policy. We are also giving information about a claim submitted, if it was denied or paid.
I am currently working fulltime as a billing representative in a company with several dental offices. I am responsible collecting to patients with balances.
I am capable to work on a graveyard shift. I am a hardworking person, I will not stop until I get what I want or need.
