Hi! I'm a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience in customer service and operations support.
I started as a Customer Service Representative for an order-taking account 6 years ago, handling customer inquiries and processing orders. I was later transferred to a Data Content Specialist role, where I managed data entry, quality assurance, and record maintenance then earning my leadership role for almost a year.
During my nearly one-year career break, I invested my time in upskilling and gaining practical experience relevant to the Virtual Assistant field. I managed content creation and graphic design for my own e-commerce business using Canva, while also serving as a pro bono Social Media Manager for a business page. Through these experiences, I developed valuable skills in social media management, content planning, graphic design, digital marketing, and client support, which have prepared me for a successful transition into a Virtual Assistant role.
Most recently, I worked as a Chat and Email Support Representative for a retail account - while managing social media pages at the same time, As a chat and email support I had experience assisting customers with order-related concerns and account inquiries, refund and delivery complaints and status.
These experiences have strengthened my communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
I'm highly organized, tech-savvy, and a fast learner — comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Asana, Slack, CapCut, and ChatGPT. I'm organized, reliable, and genuinely invested in the success of the businesses I support — not just completing tasks, but helping you grow.
Whether you need someone to manage your inbox, grow your online presence, or keep your operations on track — I'm here to help.
Send me a message and lets talk business~
