Remote Administrative & Visual Content Support | 6+ Years Remote Experience
I previously worked for more than 6 years with an Australian tutoring company in a remote setup. I worked directly with the managing director and supported day-to-day tasks focused on organizing documents, files, learning resources, and online content.
Most of my work involved following structured guides and handling repetitive detail-oriented tasks such as uploading and updating content, organizing folders in Google Drive, preparing lesson slides, formatting learning materials, and checking that resources were accurate and easy to follow. Because of this, I’m comfortable working with checklists, structured workflows, and reviewing details carefully before tasks are finalized.
In that role, I mainly used Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Gmail. I also worked with WordPress to update website content, learning materials, and online course resources, and used Asana to track tasks and deadlines.
I now support a U.S. client by preparing and formatting PowerPoint lessons for K–5 English materials based on detailed teacher guides. My work also includes organizing completed files in OneDrive, checking presentation accuracy, and supporting vocabulary visuals using ChatGPT-generated vocabulary illustrations and checking lesson formatting accuracy.
Outside of client work, I also explore Canva mockups, printable wall art layouts, and Etsy-style product presentation workflows to continue improving my visual content and presentation skills.
After many years working remotely, I make sure tasks are completed on time, details are accurate, and files and content remain organized and easy to manage.
