I worked as Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company for more than 4 years. Though, it was my first and last job in a Corporate world, I have developed so many skills that a Client will need, and these are some of it:
• I can work under pressure. I always stay focused on what needs to be accomplished.
• I have good communication skills. I am a good listener and I am confident verbally at the same time.
• Decision making. I always try to select two or more alternatives to reach the best outcome in the shortest time.
• Organizational Skills. I always keep my workspace nice and clean and have a to-do-list to stay focused on different tasks and use my energy and mental capacity effectively and efficiency in order to achieve the desired outcome.
I have dealt with different clients, managers, workmates, etc. and these are just some of the skills I have developed when I was still working. But now that I am a Stay At Home Mom, I am looking forward to be able to have someone that I can share my skills with to help their work as easy as possible.
