As a Virtual Assistant, I will help employers with daily administrative tasks and schedules. I can complete my responsibilities remotely at home or in another location of my choice with internet access. I'm in charge of handling the small details to keep the company moving so that the employer can focus on the large company goals. I will communicate with my employer on multiple channels, such as email, video messaging, instant messaging, and phone calls. As a virtual assistant, I organize my employer’s files, answer emails, and arrange meetings. As a virtual assistant, I am able to manage expense reports, orders, and confidential financial information. I am also helping create presentation materials or book flight and hotel reservations. I can also do Human Resource tasks since this is part of my career. I have been an Office Manager and HR Officer.
