Licensed Civil Engineer
- Estimation of materials (Rebar, Concrete, Masonry, Board works, Doors and Windows, Granite, etc.)
- Processing of progress billings
- Preparation of contract documents (including bill of quantities and invitation to bid)
- Supervision of site works (Earthworks, Structural, Finishing)
- Evaluation of Variation Orders and Loss & Expense Claims
Technical skills:
- Planswift, Bluebeam, and PDF-XChange for estimation
- basic AutoCAD
- proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets
English and communication skills:
- fluent in English (verbal and written)
Remote work experience:
- Worked with a US Client (digital marketing) from 2021 to 2022
Additionally:
- can handle tasks with minimal supervision
- can deliver work in a timely manner
