I'm a Senior Implementation Manager with 5+ years of experience and Technical Talent Sourcer with 6+ years of experience helping global enterprise brands and SaaS companies deliver complex projects on time and build strong technical talent pipelines. I bring a rare combination: hands-on project and client delivery management paired with deep technical recruiting expertise, so I understand both sides of getting technical work done, building the systems and finding the people who run them.
On the implementation and delivery side, I've managed 150+ Jira tickets across concurrent enterprise software projects at once, cut deployment timelines by 50%, and owned client relationships from onboarding through go-live and ongoing support for Fortune 500-level accounts using Zendesk. I configure and audit CMS platforms, mobile app, and web apps; translate business requirements into technical specifications, build the SOPs and documentation that keep delivery consistent, and partner directly with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to solve problems before they become client escalations.
On the recruiting side, I've spent nearly six years sourcing technical and SaaS talent for US-based recruiting teams, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM tools like Zoho, BambooHR, and TeamTailor to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-reach passive candidates. I qualify profiles against technical requirements, run personalized outreach that actually converts, and keep candidate data clean and reliable before it ever reaches a recruiter.

What I bring to a business: someone who can own a project or an account end-to-end without hand-holding, who builds the processes and documentation that make a team scale, and who moves comfortably between technical teams, business stakeholders, and candidates alike.
Whether you need someone to run implementation and client delivery, build out a recruiting and sourcing function, or do both at once, I bring five-plus years of proof that I can be trusted with the ambiguous, high-stakes work.
If you're looking for someone who can hit the ground running on project delivery, technical recruiting, or operations, I'd love to talk about how I can help your team move faster and more reliably. Let's connect!
