I help businesses stop running on manual work. For 2+ years, I've built automations and AI-driven workflows that connect CRMs, payment tools, inboxes, and communication platforms so leads get answered, data stays accurate, and nothing depends on someone remembering to do it by hand.
I work primarily in -----------, n8n, and Zapier, with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL), Airtable, webhooks, JSON, and API-based integrations. On the AI side, I design and build agents using ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude — including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems that ground AI responses in real business data instead of letting the model guess.
Some of what I've built:
- A financial report sync between Xero and Asana that worked around API limitations to auto-attach reports the -----------nt a task was completed
- An AI email attachment processor that reads, understands, renames, and files incoming attachments automatically
- An AI appointment-setting agent that qualifies leads and books meetings without human involvement
- A RAG-powered support agent and a real-time AI chat agent for live customer conversations
- A five-part CRM automation suite inside Asana for consistent lead follow-up at every pipeline stage
I currently work as a Software Engineer at Accenture Philippines building internal automation tooling, and run automation projects on the side for marketing, operations, and support teams. I'm AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Azure AI Fundamentals certified.
I document everything I build clearly enough that a non-technical teammate can maintain it without needing to call me, and I stay hands-on with live automations — monitoring, catching edge cases, and fixing breaks fast rather than shipping and disappearing.
