Position Summary: The Certified Payroll & Prevailing Wage Associate. This position is responsible for data entry and data integrity for DBA payroll. This position supported the weekly reporting of hours and earnings for prevailing wage payroll, managing file transfers for laborer hours worked on prevailing wage sites.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Make certain all data entry is entered accurately and timely.
· Analyze data for accuracy and resolve issues as needed.
· Capable of working remotely while working within a team environment that includes working in a case management environment, and track system.
· Provide clear accurate data utilizing DBA laws of rate and fringe policy to ensure conformity and consistency in correctly paying associates.
· Audit data to ensure accuracy for Federal and State government projects.
· Maintain accurate and organized timekeeping records.
· Maintain and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all employee files and payroll record data.
· Ensure all payroll reporting is carried out efficiently and expediently, including but not limited to reporting hours to be paid Excel workbook.
· Resolve all timekeeping discrepancies to ensure that weekly payrolls are accurate and within company DBA laws.
