- Responsible for providing up-to-date, accurate and relevant data analysis for Global Transaction Prcessing Centre (GTPC) of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO)
- Performs frequent, repeatable operational reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), scorecards and productivity reports activities in order to support Customer Engagement and GTPC to ensure business as usual continues without interruption and impact on service
- Generation and monitoring of monthly reports related to supplier maintenance, created purchase orders, invoices, payments and Accounts Receivables (AR) reconciliation
- Preparation and timelysubmission of monthly KPI, scorecards and productivity reports/timesheets
- Interpret finance data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
