I began my career in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Associate, dedicating six years to honing my skills in this field. However, the pandemic prompted me to explore freelancing opportunities and direct client work. Through this transition, I had the privilege of working closely with a previous client who placed their trust in me and provided comprehensive training, which significantly contributed to my growth and development. I am truly grateful for the invaluable lessons and experiences gained from this collaboration, as they have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise necessary to thrive in this dynamic industry.
I am pleased to share that through self-learning and guidance from my mentors, who were also my clients, I successfully transitioned from a Customer Service Role to an Executive Assistant and eventually to a Managerial position.
