With over 15 years of combined experience in customer service, training, team management, and sales, I’ve built a well-rounded career focused on delivering results and driving growth. I’ve spent the majority of my professional journey in the financial technology and UCaaS industries—working with major players like American Express and, most recently, Zoom.
At Zoom, I first served as a Sales Enablement Manager for the SB VAST Manila team. I identified knowledge and performance gaps, then developed and delivered tailored learning programs to address them, while continuously tracking progress and reporting to leadership. After a year, I transitioned into a B2B Account Executive role, where I managed a portfolio of over 1,000 small business clients—handling end-to-end sales, relationship management, and client engagement.
Prior to Zoom, I spent several years at American Express. I began as a call center agent serving Canadian clients and quickly moved into a support role as a Coach, providing performance feedback and upskilling sessions. I was later promoted to Learning Specialist for the ANZ market, where I led new hire training and managed their transition into operations. I was also entrusted with training responsibilities for the U.S. chat support team, reflecting my versatility and global exposure.
