-In-charge of all human resource actions of the Regional Office, such as recruitment, learning and development intervention, placement/career development, employee’s morale/benefits administration until retirement of personnel.
-Experience as the office of primary responsibility (OPR) in the administration of Examinations;
-Assists in the implementation of Human Resource Development Program and ensures the compliance of the Office with human resource actions/policies as provided under existing rules and regulations;
-Assists in planning, implements and assists in programs/projects and activities;
-Prepares technical papers and research studies;
-Performs coordinative work with private sector and government agencies;
-Provides staff support in meetings with private sector and government agencies;
-Updates and disseminates trade and industry information maintained by the office;
-Create and Maintain Database of Trainings Attended by the Employees, Job Orders and Contract of Service;
-Facilitation of Terminal Leave Benefits;
-Facilitation of Notice of Salary Adjustments and Notice of Step Increments;
-Collation of Monthly DTR;
-Collation of Performance Governance System (PGS);
-Assist in the preparation of the 201 Files of all Employees;
-Preparation of the Monthly Monitoring of Compliance on Flag Ceremony, Tardiness, and Punctuality of the Regular Employees;
-Issuance of Employee’s ID and Workpass;
-Preparation of Contract of Service and Clearances of Job Orders;
-Assist the HRMO in the Recruitment, Selection and Promotion Process, such as: Draft Notice of Vacancy, Selection Line-Up of Qualified Applicants, Appointment Papers and submission to Civil Service Commission;
-Provide administrative support in the conduct of HRMPSB Meetings and during the examinations and interview of applicants;
-Initial evaluation of application for employment documents of Walk-In applicants;
-Assist the Accounting Section in the transmittal/submission of communications / documents for audit;
-Perform jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
