I have an over 15 years work experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry.On my first 2 years, I worked as an airline ticketing and escalations ----------- my pursuit of seeking a good career path and greener pastures, I transferred to an affiliate of my then company and worked as a travel agent for a year, and eventually got promoted as a Quality Assurance Executive which also lasted for a year.Another career advancement took place on my part and was appointed to be a Process Trainer/New Hire Supervisor for 10 months. In 2014, I worked as Fraud, Claims and Disputes Analyst for one of the biggest and oldest banks in the US for a total of 9 ----------- 2015, I re-joined my previous bpo company where I worked as a Communication Skills trainer for 2 years, Quality Analyst for 2 years and as a Process Trainer for 2 years. Working in the Virtual Staffing world for 2 years now as a VA and VA trainer.
