I have been working in the BPO industry since 2005. I was able to handle US accounts like sales, appointment setting, customer service, collection, and a little bit of lead generation. I transitioned to become a General Virtual Assistant in 2020. I am a believer in learning new things every day that can help you become an expert in your chosen niche. I am not ashamed of not knowing certain things or processes, because I know that I could learn them one day; rather, I am more ashamed of claiming to know everything and to have already stopped learning.
