I have a decade's worth of writing experience in the fields of journalism, content creation, media monitoring, and education.
For starters, the self-identity I introduced myself with stemmed from the academic and professional backgrounds I have been involved with. Ever since I graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2013, I have been searching for a niche in the media industry where I could not only be professionally involved, but also be free to express myself whenever I see an opportunity to do so.
Most of my involvement in the said industry has been from an outsourcing background — fro-----------dia monitoring to media analysis to news writing to covering events firsthand. In addition, at least half of my career has been dedicated to the BPO and education industries, and I have also been involved in volunteer work all throughout my career. Both of these experiences heavily influenced my work ethics and interpersonal skills, as well as my passion for learning and conversing with ordinary (and not-so-ordinary) people in the process about their daily lives.
