I worked as a customer service representative for almost five years. I cater to different inbound calls from catalog request, order entry, sales, and customer service. My job taught me how to work under pressure, time management, work with less supervision and most especially multi-tasking. It enhanced my typing skills, and leadership skill - as I a team leader. I was exposed to some computer programs that broaden my knowledge. I am a person who takes challenges positively and turn them to opportunities.
