I am an experienced Administrative and Recruitment Support professional with over 4 years in corporate environments, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, project support, and documentation, including my internship with Ayala Corporation.
Prior the pandemic, I took a short break from work to focus on caring for my newborn. Then, I transitioned into a work-from-home role in the insurance industry during the pandemic, where I provided client support, assisted with financial consultations, and handled administrative coordination. As opportunities in recruitment were limited at the time, I took this part-time role to remain productive, build new skills, and continue contributing professionally for 2 years.
Following that, I returned to recruitment in a full-time capacity, gaining over a year of work-from-home experience supporting technical hiring and collaborating with corporate teams in a virtual setup.
I bring a strong combination of corporate experience, virtual work efficiency, and recruitment expertise, ready to help businesses streamline operations and achieve results.
After stepping away from work again to fully focus on my child’s early education and provide her with consistent support, care, and guidance, I am now ready to return to part-time or full-time work with renewed focus and strengthened skills in time management, communication, and organization.
Now that my child is in primary level with a longer schedule, I am transitioning to administrative position as I embrace motherhood and recognize that I thrive in a more structured, calm, and highly organized work environment.
