After successfully building and automating my own Airbnb business, I’m now focused on growing within a full-time role in the short-term rental industry, bringing my hosting expertise into a professional operations environment where reliability, communication, and performance truly matter.
Before entering hospitality full-time, I spent 5 years in the call center industry specializing in customer service, quality assurance, and operations support. That background strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
I’m proficient with channel managers and automation tools such as Guesty, Lodgify, Hospitable, and Hostaway, and I use Slack, Asana, and Trello to collaborate efficiently with cleaning, maintenance, and admin teams. I’m also experienced in dynamic pricing through PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, and Wheelhouse, ensuring optimal occupancy and profitability. For operations, I’ve coordinated tasks using Breezeway and Turno to streamline turnovers and quality checks.
I also handle complex cases such as refunds, maintenance issues, and platform disputes, always balancing guest satisfaction with the property owner’s best interests.
Currently based in Australia and pursuing a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management, I’m seeking a long-term full-time role where I can apply my hosting experience, leadership training, and deep understanding of the short-term rental ecosystem to help your business grow.
